Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary from 5-7 business days.

Order Shipment:

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@entertainhomehq.com

No Shipping outside the USA. 

Shipping Options

Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is usually completely free! This option usually takes between 5-7 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order. There are other options available, however. We also offer the below options for some products. Please contact us for more information about these prior to ordering. 

  • Threshold Shipping: This involves the item being brought onto your porch, or into a sheltered/garage area. 

  • White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, any minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house! Saunas will not be assembled.

MSE Audio Shipping Policy

(Applies to SoundTube, Soundsphere, SolidDrive, Rockustics, PhaseTech, and Induction Dynamics)

At EntertainHomeHQ, we strive to provide transparent and seamless shipping experiences for our customers. Below is detailed information specific to MSE Audio products.

Domestic Shipping Details

  • Order Processing Time:
    • In-stock products are generally shipped the next business day after receiving a completed Purchase Order (PO) and/or payment by 12 pm (noon) CST.
    • Smaller Orders: Ship within 24-48 hours.
    • Larger Orders (Freight Shipments): Ship within 48-96 hours. Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 2 pm Central Time, marked as "URGENT" in the subject line.
    • Special Case: Rockustics speakers may have a two-week lead time for production.
  • Carriers Used:
    • Orders are shipped via UPS (prepaid and add) by default, but they can also be sent using a customer or client's UPS/FedEx account.
    • For large shipments exceeding UPS size limits, pallet freight is used for secure delivery. Common carriers include TFORCE, DOHRN, ESTES, and R+L, with the best option chosen unless otherwise specified.

International Shipping Details

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within two business days of PO and/or payment receipt.
  • Shipping Partners: MSE Audio collaborates with several forwarding partners to facilitate international orders.
  • Transit Times and Fees: These vary based on location and the carrier used.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment. If the item is already in transit, it may be returned upon receipt, but an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required, and a restocking fee may apply.

Damaged Item Reporting

  • Reporting Window: For SoundTube and Soundsphere products, a 5-year warranty period starts from the date the product is shipped. Customers should report any damage as soon as possible within this period.

Accepting Damaged Packages

  • Customer Guidance: It is up to the customer to decide whether to accept a damaged package. We recommend opening and inspecting the package upon delivery. Accepting the package for inspection does not affect the return eligibility.

Shipping Notifications and Delays

  • Notification Process: Customers will be immediately informed if any shipping delays occur from the SoundTube facility.
  • Custom Carrier Requests: Orders can be shipped using the customer's FedEx or UPS account upon request.
  • Consignee Responsibility: Ensure someone is available to receive the shipment at the delivery address to prevent additional return charges.

Shipping Department Operating Hours

  • Standard Hours:
    • Monday-Friday: 8 am - 5 pm CST.
  • Closed on Major U.S. Holidays:
    • Thanksgiving (and the Friday after)
    • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
    • New Year’s Day
    • Memorial Day
    • Labor Day

 


AMC Shipping Policy

(Applies to AMC products)

At EntertainHomeHQ, we aim to provide clear shipping policies tailored to each brand we offer. Below are the specific shipping details for AMC products.

Domestic and International Shipping Details

Order Cancellations:

  • Policy: Customers can cancel their order free of charge before the order is shipped. No cancellation fees apply if the order is canceled before shipment.

Damaged Item Reporting:

  • Reporting Window: Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to report any damages to their purchased items.

Handling Damaged Packages:

  • Customer Guidance: If a package arrives damaged, customers have two options:
    1. Accept the Package - Customers can accept the package and file a claim with the carrier for compensation.
    2. Refuse the Delivery - If the damage is significant, customers can refuse delivery and report the damage to the carrier immediately for further action.

Order Processing and Shipping Time:

  • Processing Time: AMC strives to ship products as soon as possible, typically within one week of receiving an order. If additional time is required—especially for custom or specially designed products under AMC's Service on Demand (SoD) services—AMC will inform EntertainHomeHQ and customers about any potential delays.

Carriers and Delivery Services:

  • Carriers Used: AMC generally uses FedEx, DHL, UPS, or other agreed carriers based on availability and service requirements.
  • Delivery Type: Standard Door-to-Door Delivery services are provided. Additional delivery options may be available upon agreement between AMC, EntertainHomeHQ, and the customer.
